All Exeter Eyewear has a ‘Accidental Damage Warranty’. What does this mean? We know accidents can happen with little ones glasses so during the lifetime of the prescription, our UK agent can offer the following one time replacement of:
1. Complete frame at 50% off normal trade price
OR
2. Pair of sides FREE
Subject to terms – contact the agent for details
We also offer a direct repair service for UK customers both trade and public, in accordance with regulatory guidelines for the repair and provision of children’s eyewear. This service is only available to the public when ALL parts are returned to our service centre
Adjustments and Bespoke Fitting
All iPlay Eyewear can be ordered from our agent as a pre-adjusted frame. Contact the agent before ordering and request the ‘iPlay Bespoke’ order form. We will adjust, or mix and match your frame choices to your exact requirement without additional charge

We minimise the additional items supplied with each frame for this reason. We have made our service centre and spare parts simple and easy to access. If you would like additional items for stock and maintenance, you can order them directly from us

How to order parts (UK Opticians)
Each order can be for up to 1 item from category A and 1 item from category B and will be charged at our courier shipping fee of £9.50
An invoice will be issued to your email address and will need to be paid in full before dispatch
